The following terms and conditions will apply to the submission of orders at the Store. Every user who enters and transacts with the online store is considered to consent to and accept unequivocally the following terms as formulated here, without any exception. If any user does not agree with these terms, then they are responsible for refraining from placing an order, as well as from any transaction or use of the services of the online store.
• Right to Distance Selling: The purchase of goods through the website of the store is strictly limited to individuals who have the legal right to sign and enter into contracts on the website in accordance with Greek law. The customer-user must have legal capacity according to Greek law, as prescribed by Greek law.
• Ordering Procedures: Upon completing the order, the customer-user submits a proposal to purchase the goods in the shopping cart under the order conditions and terms explained here. Any dispute arising from the contractual relationship between the Store and the customer is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens. The protection provided by the distance contracts law, as well as these terms, applies only to transactions with natural persons, which are not related to their commercial, craft, business, or freelance professional activities. In case any provision of this agreement is not applied, the others remain in full force and effect.
