Right of Withdrawal / Product Return

If the customer is a natural person (consumer) who makes the purchase for personal use and not for the purpose of their individual business or professional activity (commercial, business, craft, or freelance), then they have the right to withdraw from the sale, in accordance with Law 2251/1994, as amended by Ministerial Decision Z1-891/2013, by returning the product in its original condition, bearing the return costs and any decrease in the value of the products. The consumer should handle each product they receive in the same way as they would handle and examine it in a physical store, in order to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and operation. Handling a product that is different from the description above will not be accepted. Therefore, the consumer may be charged for any decrease in the value of a product if the handling they have done exceeds the acceptable measure. Products purchased with a discount of 50% or more are only accepted for exchanges and not for cash refunds.

Returns will also not be accepted if 14 days have passed since the day of product receipt by the carrier. Any shipping cost for returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer.
