Right of withdrawal / Product return
If the customer is a natural person (consumer) who prepares the sale for personal use and not for the service of his individual activity (commercial, business, craft or self-employed), then he has the right to withdraw from the sale, according to Law 2251 /1994, as amended by KYA Z1-891/2013, returning the product to its original condition, bearing the return costs and any reduction in the value of the products. The consumer should handle each product he receives in the way he would handle and examine it in a physical store, in order to ascertain its nature, characteristics and function. Management of a product, which is different from the above description, will not be accepted. Therefore, the consumer may be burdened with the reduction of the value of a product, if the management he has done to it exceeds the acceptable measure. Products purchased at a discount of 50% or more are accepted for exchange only and not for refund.

Acceptable returns will also not be made if 14 days have passed since the day of receipt of the product by the carrier

Any product transport cost borne by the customer, our company will not accept a product return at our expense
