The fee for parcel delivery is free.In the case of cash on delivery, the fee is €4.
Shipping orders
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 days from the date of the order, and they will be shipped the next day after processing.
Our shipping time is within 15-25 days, so please be patient for logistics information updates.
Our products come directly from the manufacturer, so some selected items may take a bit longer than expected

Your order can be delivered to you either by the local postal service or by local courier. Depending on your location, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the package will be delivered with your regular mail. If you are not at home when the delivery is attempted, the postal service may leave a notification card to inform you about how and where you can pick up your delivery.
If you have paid for your order and it was not received by you for reasons attributable to you, you are entitled to a partial refund; our store will deduct certain shipping and transportation costs.
